Here at Maggie's Tanks, we want your shapewear to feel comfortable and secure, so every order comes with our 90-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee. When the size you chose misses the mark, we'll ship you a different size at no cost, as long as you ask within 90 days of delivery.
How it works
From the day your order is delivered, you have 90 days to ask for a free size swap. Simply email us at contact@maggiestanksshop.com plus your order number and the size you'd like instead. Your original item doesn't need to come back to us, so keep it, give it away, or lounge in it at home.
One use of this guarantee is allowed per order, and it's meant to make finding the right fit simple and worry-free.
Damaged or incorrect items
When your order arrives, please look it over. If something is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as you can at contact@maggiestanksshop.com and we'll sort it out promptly.
Non-eligible items
The Perfect Fit Guarantee doesn't cover:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged by misuse or improper care

Refunds
Because we offer a free replacement size for fit problems, refunds typically aren't given for wrong sizing. Should a refund be approved for some other valid reason, it is sent back to the payment method you originally used, within 10 business days after approval and inspection. If 15 business days or more go by after your refund was approved, reach out to us at contact@maggiestanksshop.com.
